“Frank Arias and his team were truly a lifesaver. When we discovered a leak in our home, Frank responded immediately and made himself available first thing the next morning to come assess the situation. From start to finish, he was incredibly communicative, transparent about the process and pricing, and genuinely kind and professional. He walked us through exactly what needed to be done, who needed to be involved, and what to watch out for which gave us so much peace of mind during a stressful situation. We ultimately needed to repipe our entire house, and Frank was refreshingly honest in helping us compare quotes and make the best decision. We never felt pressured, only supported and well-informed.Its rare to find someone who clearly puts their clients best interests first, and thats exactly how we felt working with Frank. Hopefully we wont need a plumber again anytime soon, but if we do, hell absolutely be our first call.”

“They did a really good job cleaning up afterwards too. I’m very happy with them and would suggest them highly.”

“We recently had a leak behind our refrigerator that seeped behind the wall under a bathroom cabinet. I called Pacific Flood for a quote. They quoted to do the clean up and mold remediation and removal of the cabinet and drywall. Once the clean up was done they quoted for the drywall and cabinet repairs. They were able to keep the plumbing connected and the granite counter tops in place and replaced the whole back of the cabinet. We are extremely happy with the whole process. They even added an electrical outlet. Everything was done when and how they said it would.”

“Core cleaning solutions was prompt I hired them for a mold inspection and they were able to come out provide a free assessment and provide a solution for the mold that was cause my a previous leak. Would definitely recommend this company saved me hundreds of dollars.”
