“Great price for vent cleaning compared to other companies we contacted. We were more than happy with their service and responsiveness! I highly recommend .”

“Anthony & his son arrived on time. Very friendly and easy to work with. Great customer service and values quality. Would highly recommend!”

“I received several quotes from restoration companies, all of which were competitive, but I chose Pacific Flood because they could handle the entire project in-house, without outsourcing any work. From the start, their response was timely, and their communication throughout the quoting process was excellent. They continued to stay on top of the timeline and kept me informed every step of the way. Pacific Flood answered all my questions and replaced the flooring in just two days, exactly as promised. It's rare to find a business that delivers both quality work and excellent customer service, but Pacific Flood Restoration certainly does. I'm glad I found them and would recommend their services to anyone needing water damage repair and restoration. I also have several rental properties and have saved their contact information for future needs.”

“Found mold after a slow leak we didn’t know about. Supreme Water Restoration came out fast, tested it properly, not just their word, and walked us through the whole remediation plan before touching anything. Honest, thorough, no scare tactics. Highly recommend.”

“To make matters worse, our insurance company initially denied our claim. My wife and I are not experts in restoration or insurance, so we felt lost and didn’t know what to do next. Thankfully, we were referred to Core. From day one, their team took the time to review all of our documents, explain the process, and advocate for us. The insurance company had claimed that a stain was mold and used that as part of their reasoning, but Core was able to provide the proper documentation and evidence to prove otherwise. Because of their knowledge, attention to detail, and persistence, our insurance company reopened the claim and ultimately provided coverage nearly two months later. We are still recovering from the flood, but insurance is now issuing supplemental payments thanks to the thorough work and documentation provided by Core. This team truly came through for our family when we needed help the most. Their professionalism, communication, and dedication made all the difference. We cannot thank Core enough and highly recommend them to anyone dealing with water damage, flooding, or an insurance claim.”
