“It was surprisingly difficult to find a company that could do it, but Elvis with A&A Property Inspections, LLC was able to help me out! Elvis spent about 35 minutes on the phone with me after I reached out to him, listening to my concerns. He said he did not think we had a problem, but of course he was willing to help me run the test if I wanted the peace of mind, which I did! I appreciated that he was clearly not trying to get money from me, he actually wanted to analyze the situation and provide his honest thoughts. However, I did want to have VOC testing done for peace of mind. Unfortunately, the lab he has been working with for 15 years has made recent changes to their protocols, so it required many weeks and numerous follow ups by both Elvis and myself to get the job done, but someone from his team came by to drop off a canister and then pick it up 24h later, and drove it directly to the lab over an hour away. Thankfully, the results were reassuring! The one other place that could do VOC testing for me would only take a 2h sample, which I did not think was sufficient. I appreciate that Elvis's team was able to take a 24h sample. Elvis is medical doctor with training as an allergist and is very knowledgeable! The lab ended up charging him more than expected to run the test, and when I offered to pay the difference, he refused, and honored his original quote to me, which I appreciated! He and his colleague, Wesley, were both very personable and knowledgeable, and I highly recommend reaching out to them if you have any concerns about the air quality in your home!”

“This company saved our health. Forever grateful.”

“The team at Prime Environmental Testing was fantastic from start to finish. They arrived right on time, completed the inspection efficiently, and the pricing was very fair for the level of detail in their report. I really appreciated how thorough they were and how quickly we got the results. Great service — I’ll definitely use them again if needed.”

“This company is fantastic—highly recommend!”

“Was a 10/10 experience and in comparison to other mold companies we got quotes from, great bang for your buck!”

“I needed new floors so I called a flooring contractor to come and give me a quote. He told me that there was black adhesive under the floor and that It might contain asbestos. He gave me AMT environmental phone number. I called and spoke to Andrew he was very helpful and explained to me what I needed to do. He came out to my house the next day and took samples of the flooring and adhesive to get tested. After a couple of days he emailed me my asbestos report. I would definitly recommend AMT to anyone that needs to testing.”
