“My sister in law referred me to Ken for our home inspection. Ken was very professional, nice and very thorough with his work. He walked us around the property and showed us everything he was inspecting. Ken is very knowledgeable and was able to answer any questions we had. He was able to send us our report within a few hours!! I highly recommend hiring him for your inspections for first time home buyers and seasoned ones. Thank you!!”

“Dave at Top Home Inspections was great to work with. He got back to me quickly after my initial inquiry and was great through the whole process. I even needed some changes and he was very responsive. I would work with him again and encourage anyone to reach out to him.”

“Overall great quality and experience. Kreston came out to test and remediate for mold in my attic. Very personal and professional. He walks you through the process and educates you throughout, keeping you very involved in the project. After testing, the remediation was a one day job. He goes through great lengths to leave the job site cleaner than how it was before he began. I highly recommend Alpha Property Preservation and would definitely hire him again should we face another mold or air issue.”

“The report gave me peace of mind knowing the property is lead-free. Highly recommend!”
