“Overall great quality and experience. Kreston came out to test and remediate for mold in my attic. Very personal and professional. He walks you through the process and educates you throughout, keeping you very involved in the project. After testing, the remediation was a one day job. He goes through great lengths to leave the job site cleaner than how it was before he began. I highly recommend Alpha Property Preservation and would definitely hire him again should we face another mold or air issue.”

“When our plumbers Quality HVAC (another excellent company) arrived for our bathroom leak, they determined we needed a restoration company. I am so thrilled that we picked Lightspeed. They had someone onsite immediately to start assessing the damage. A bonus was they also rebuild so the whole process was seamless and they had everything back to normal so quickly. Plus they dealt with our insurance company. There arent enough stars to express how great our experience was. If you want a reliable, responsible, knowledgeable and fair restoration company, look no further than Lightspeed!”
