“I called Patel requesting he do a mold test from a pipe that burst in the attic causing possible mold once the pipe ceiling and a wall was repaired. He met me there same day & determined there was no mold. He recommended we get air ducts cleaned so we hired him to do it. We can't say enough about his knowledge and professionalism!”

“Ryk did a good job of inspecting two properties and gave me a good rate. The documentation provided was very helpful in identifying any and all issues with the properties as well as providing feedback and levels of criticalness of said issues in the inspection report sent via email. There was a little bit of miscommunication when meeting to start the inspections in reference to what was provided via email. All together I would recommend Ryk for your inspection needs.”

“Wesley, the owner of Melton's Mold remediation does great work. He is an extremely hard worker and will work until the job is done. He not only is good at getting rid of mold but awesome with trim work. I highly recommend for mold treatment. ”
