“Update 6.11.25 : Contacted by the owner to remedy the situation so updating my review to 4 stars for now from 1 star. 6.10.25 : they are I had an extremely disappointing experience with Absolute Pest Management. Their traps failed to catch anything, and instead of solving the rodent issue, their bait attracted a ringtail cat, which created an even bigger mess. When they couldn’t resolve the problem, they simply said there was nothing they could do and left me to deal with the consequences. To make matters worse, their 'experienced' technician left the attic ladder open, allowing rodents to enter my house. Now, I’m dealing with an indoor infestation on top of everything else. This was an absolute waste of time and money. If you're looking for effective pest control, I strongly recommend finding another provider!”

“The exterminator was polite and professional. Hope he comes back next quarter.”

“Close your eyes and hire Mike and he won’t regret it. He charge a fair price in an exchange. You get a job extremely well done with zero hassles complete trust and he’ll do whatever it takes to make sure the job is done really well and in a manner that most importantly won’t cause any reoccurring issues for the next one year (he even gave me a guarantee on this!) Mike had to make several rounds to my house to ensure that the raccoon problem was taken care of. And I’m so glad I agreed to working with Mike as opposed to someone else from a non-local person especially because I know the job would not have been done. I might’ve saved a few hundred dollars only to end up paying thousands of dollars more later, when the problem was not actually taken care of. He also took care of the trap raccoon in the most gentle man possible, and that lol he goes to show what a nice guy he is!”

“Extremely knowledgable & professional. Kendra Ann was impressive on the inspection of my home and spotted evidence I had Not previously seen! Down to determining that it was Most likely ring tailed cat not necessarily Raccoons in the attic. Then went on to explain the methods CRITTER ONE would employ to Rid my home of either Or both to my satisfaction. The crew She assigned were quite capable and finished the first part of this removal process. To then be followed up with a ‘clean up and sanitation And a 15 month guarantee .”

“I recently discovered several wasp nests near my home, which made me quite uneasy. After doing some research, I decided to go with Prickly Pear Wildlife Removal Service, and I’m so glad I did. From the moment I contacted them, they were responsive and professional. They quickly scheduled an appointment to assess the situation, and their technician arrived right on time. He was incredibly knowledgeable, took the time to explain the process, and answered all my questions, which immediately put me at ease. The removal itself was done swiftly and effectively. The technician was thorough, ensuring that every nest was completely removed. The entire process was seamless, and I felt confident that my home was in good hands. What impressed me the most was the reasonable pricing. I expected the cost to be much higher given the urgency and quality of service, but it was surprisingly affordable. Prickly Pear Wildlife Removal Service truly provides great value for their work. Overall, I couldn’t be happier with the service I received. If you’re dealing with a wildlife issue, especially something as unsettling as wasp nests, I highly recommend Prickly Pear. They’ll take care of it quickly, professionally, and at a fair price.”
