“The estimator scheduled time to visit immediately after I reached out. He was thorough and spent slot of time in the attic and in crawl space taking pics of all the insulation that had fallen down due to a terrible rat infestation we didn’t know we had. He gave us a thorough estimate on the spot, followed up with a written quote the following day. We had the date to do the work on site within another few days and the crew showed up on time. They pulled an entire box truck filled up with our old insulation, patched up the holes where rats were entering, disinfected the crawlspace and replaced everything in 1 day. Great success.”

“Alan is incredible - he quickly identified the problem and was very responsive throughout the entire process. He was thorough yet quick - highly recommend!”

“Vanguard came up with the idea of using Terminix on the obvious termite infestations. Then they followed up with also spraying BoraCare in the areas with the most infestations and also having all raw, unpainted beams and other structures-the attic, the garage and the crawl space. BoraCare can be used on rough wood but not painted wood. The above procedures avoided my having to use the more toxic fumigation process which also involves moving all food, medicine and valuable out of the house for 3 days and leaving all windows and doors open for 3 days, a burglars heaven.”

“Highly recommended to others as I had a great experience”

“When the exterminator arrived we learned we had a raccoon in the attic. They quickly got the raccoon out, addressed the opening the raccoon used (and also addressed other potential areas) and then sanitized the attic. Would highly recommend!”

“We hired Attic ProService to remove old insulation, install new insulation, and do rodent proofing, and we are very happy with the results. The team was professional, on time, and very detailed. They sealed all entry points and made sure everything was clean and safe. We highly recommend them to anyone needing attic work or rodent proofing!”
