“I recently had the pleasure of working with Vanguard Termite Control to treat my home for termites, fungus, and beetles, and I couldn't be more satisfied with their service. From the moment I reached out, they showed such great customer service. They not only responded to my request within 24 hrs, but they had a specialist come out to inspect and treat my home within just a couple of days. The owner and his team were incredibly empathetic to the urgency of my situation. They moved quickly, but they also took a lot of care to ensure that my husband and I knew what we were paying for. The owner and his specialist both walked my husband and me through a detailed inspection report, providing clear explanations of their findings. One of the best parts was the competitive pricing they offered. Their quote was almost $2,000 less than what was provided by the home inspection conducted by the seller. Additionally, they provided us with a 5-year warranty, with annual check-ups to ensure our home remains safe from wood-destroying pests. This gives us peace of mind knowing our home is protected. Overall, I highly recommend Vanguard Termite Control for their prompt, thorough, and competitively priced service. Their dedication to customer satisfaction and attention to detail is unmatched. I can now sleep soundly, knowing my home is in good hands.”

“Hopefully I won’t need their services again, but if I do, I won’t hesitate to give them my business again.”

“Incredibly responsive to calls and emails and absolutely reassured me about all of my concerns regarding the project. Have not seen anything of the bedbugs since.”

“We hired Attic ProService to remove old insulation, install new insulation, and do rodent proofing, and we are very happy with the results. The team was professional, on time, and very detailed. They sealed all entry points and made sure everything was clean and safe. We highly recommend them to anyone needing attic work or rodent proofing!”

“I just want to say a heartfelt thank you to the entire team that helped clean out our attic insulation. They did a fantastic job, and we truly appreciate their professionalism and kindness. Because the insulation was so badly contaminated by rodents, we were dealing with strong odors and noises that made our home really uncomfortable. Ever since they finished, the attic is clean, the smells are gone, and the rodent noises have stopped. On top of that, they’re still providing us with pest control services, and we couldn’t be more at ease. Thank you so much for giving us back our peace of mind.”
