“Hopefully I won’t need their services again, but if I do, I won’t hesitate to give them my business again.”

“Great Wall Termite Control provided an exceptional and honest assessment of my home. Chester was incredibly helpful, reaching out with a friendly, educational, and informative approach that made the entire process clear. Their inspector, Andrew Ries, was thorough, performing a detailed inspection of my master bathroom and exterior. While my contractor suggested a surface-level fix, Great Wall correctly identified active drywood termites and recommended a professional "removal and replacement" to ensure structural integrity.I am looking forward to a long-term relationship with them and am excited to bring their expertise to my broader community and HOA. It is rare to find a company that prioritizes education and long-term protection over a quick fix. I highly recommend them to any neighbor looking for a team that cares about the community's lasting safety”

“Incredibly responsive to calls and emails and absolutely reassured me about all of my concerns regarding the project. Have not seen anything of the bedbugs since.”

“Great company, great customer service, and they did a wonderful job. They have made me a repeat customer.”
