“Not only did he respond immediately, he took the time to listen to my very long and nearly frantic plea for help with a rat infestation in my condo complex, he explained his expertise in my specific situation and even allowed me to send him multiple photos to help support my request for service. He came to my property that same day, did an amazing and thorough inspection of the areas- not one other exterminator was willing to inspect the areas he did. His professional and focused demeanor helped me tremendously in being able to freely communicate about a very tough situation I was experiencing with a difficult HOA. He has been working with me for almost 2 months and his dedication to ethics in rodent remediation, not just rodent removal, is unmatched. Highest praise and appreciation for this fantastic professional! SO grateful for the Thumbtack app — it has helped me find incredible service professionals who tackle complicated jobs!”

“"I had a rodent problem in my attic, and this company responded quickly they came the very next day and sealed everything up. Afterward, I still heard some crawling noises and called them back. They returned promptly, addressed the issue, and explained that its normal for animals to attempt to re-enter for a short time. They reassured me that the scratching would subside within a few days, which it has significantly. I also appreciate the one-year guarantee that gives me peace of mind knowing they will come back if needed. Overall, Im very pleased with their professionalism and service so far."”

“CleanSpaceUSA took care of a delicate situation for me and my family. They came to our rescue when a raccoon was discovered living in our attic. It was a messy job, but Michael handled it professionally. He was easy to work with and explained everything in detail. He answered all of my questions. And I appreciate how he walked me through each step, documenting with pictures along the way. They thoroughly cleared out our attic space, sealed up the area where the raccoon got in and replaced the old insulation with new insulation. It looks so much better now. If ever we had another rodent problem, God forbid, we will call CleanSpaceUSA.”
