“The exterminator was very patient and thorough. He was professional and polite. Great service 👍”

“Twice, exterminators sent by landlord came. Both times, there was no noticeable difference. I did some research and decided to hire Thomas Skinner. Almost immediately, the roach population began to decline. Within in a few days, there were very few roaches. By the end of the week, there were NO roaches. It is now about a month later and I have not seen a single roach. Thomas Skinner is very knowledgable, methodical AND most importantly, very effective. I am usually very skimpy in my praise. But I must give Thomas Skinner my highest recommendation. You will be glad you hired him”

“I was incredibly impressed with this cleaning service from start to finish. They were responsive, kind, professional, honest, and extremely efficient. Two cleaners arrived right on time and started by walking through the house with me to make sure we were all on the same page. I originally thought I needed a deep clean, but after looking everything over, they honestly told me that a general cleaning was probably all I needed. I really appreciated that—they could easily have charged me for the more expensive service, but instead they were fair and honest about what my home actually needed. They worked diligently the entire time, asked questions when needed, and made sure I was happy with everything before they left. The house looked and smelled wonderful, they cleaned up completely after themselves, and they even took their own garbage with them. They also let me know about some of the other services they offer, including gardening, which I’ll likely be taking advantage of in the spring. I was impressed enough that I’ve already booked them for monthly cleaning going forward. Based on my experience, I would absolutely recommend them. Fair, honest, hardworking, professional, and genuinely focused on making sure their customer is happy. You really can’t ask for much more than that!”
