“I had a great experience working with Yanis and his team on our heat pump installation. They were very professional, detail-oriented, and took great care in their work. What impressed me most was how responsive and accommodating they were throughout the project. Whenever I had a question or concern, they were quick to come back and address it. For example, halfway through the installation, I realized we might need an additional return air vent. I brought it up to Yanis, and his team took care of it without hesitation, finding a very practical and well-thought-out location for it. The quality of their workmanship was excellent, and it’s clear that they take pride in what they do. I really appreciate their professionalism, attention to detail, and willingness to go the extra mile to make sure everything was done right. I would highly recommend Yanis and his team to anyone looking for HVAC installation services!”

“Had some work done with these guys awhile back and it went as expected - they came in and got the job done. I made a small alteration to the original plan which wasn't an issue and they worked surprisingly fast. There was also a minor problem that I noticed after the installation, which they immediately came by and remedied.”

“We were happy as heck with the sales and service of the team from Ranger that worked on our furnace replacement. We had a nearly 30 year old oil furnace that we replaced with an electric air handler and heat pump. We had already received other quotes and were ready to go with one when we ran into Donny at the Tacoma home show. He convinced us to get one more quote from Ranger. He did a great job looking at what we had and making recommendations. He had the installation manager (?) Dominic come out and also make sure all that he recommended was correct and we ultimately had a great price for a really quality product. David, Michael and Joey were at the house on time both days that it took to complete the project - brought us space heaters to keep the house warm when we didn't have heat for a day - and cleaned up better than any crew we have had at our house doing work. At the end they walked us through each part of the installation - thermostat, filter replacement and the outdoor unit. We would absolutely recommend this team specifically, and Ranger as an HVAC company.”

“I recommend Offer extremely highly. He installed an AC/heating system in our attic with venting throughout the entire second floor, added several pot lights, and installed an EV outlet in our garage. What stood out most was the quality of his work and how thorough and thoughtful he was throughout the entire process. Before starting, he walked me through every detail the AC system, venting design, materials, and installation plan and even showed me how he custom-builds the ductwork. I learned a tremendous amount and felt fully informed every step of the way.The workmanship was outstanding, everything was done carefully and professionally, and he was genuinely a pleasure to work with. I could not recommend him more strongly.”

“Charlie was great, he was professional and friendly. He got us a quick quote and as soon as we approved everything we were scheduled for installation. Installation day arrived and he showed up at the set time and completed the installation as planned. I would definitely refer Black Lotus to anyone.”

“I worked with Andrey and his team to replace a 20+ year old furnace with a new much more efficient one, and I also had some special requests to change how it was situated ever so slightly. Andrey worked with me as I changed what furnace I wanted, and made the placement modifications just as I'd hoped.”
