“We recently replaced our roof and ended up discovering mold in our attic from fans that had been vented incorrectly. Since I knew absolutely nothing about mold remediation, I reached out to a few companies for estimates. First, I called a few franchises that popped up on my Google search. Then I found Mitigation X and spoke with Chris, the owner. Right away, I could tell he was different from the franchise companies I had already talked to. He explained everything in simple, non-technical terms and made sure I actually understood what was going on instead of trying to overwhelm me. When I shared my franchise quotes with him, and he immediately noticed extra charges that shouldnt have been there. One franchise even inflated their estimate by more than $10,000. That alone told me everything I needed to know. I felt far more comfortable and confident speaking with Chris and Mitigation X than I ever did with the franchises. Id absolutely recommend them to anyone needing remediation work. If I ever have another issue in the future, Mitigation X will be my first and only call.”

“Gage helped me work out a creative solution for my small space to keep the radon pipe out of the way, which other contractors couldn't do. He was also incredibly helpful and flexible with his schedule, which I really appreciated when my HOA took a bit of time to get back to me with approval. The finished job looks professional and clean. Jesse, who did most of the installation, worked hard at my house for the entire day, even out in the hot sun. He is clearly very diligent and did an excellent job. I couldn't be more pleased. Additionally, for the complexity of the job at my house, the price I paid was more than fair. As a side note, both Jesse and Gage are super nice guys, and it feels great to work with a local small business rather than one of the larger radon companies who don't seem to care as much about their work. If you live in the Denver Metro or Front Range area, I highly recommend Custom Radon Mitigations Solutions.”

“I got some popcorn ceiling removed from them since it was made in the 70s and contained asbestos. Very professional and their price was better than any other company. I highly recommend Altura!”

“Our renovation required asbestos abatement and mold mitigation. They made me feel comfortable that the work would be done properly, and they were an absolute pleasure to work with. Many thanks!”

“We recently hired Fiberless Abatement for asbestos removal at our property. They were quick and professional, their works was very neat and most importantly they explained the whole process of what would be going on with the project. This guys are great to work with!”
