“I received a call from Lucky and he explained in detail how asbestos abatement works. He explained that his company does everything by the book and doesn’t take short cuts. When they came to the house to give the estimate, they were on time and the contractor took his shoes off to go to the basement. I told him it wasn’t necessary. Very Polite and looked at the job. We received the quote and it was reasonable. Lucky did all the necessary paperwork for an emergency permit through the state. We were scheduled to have some other work done on the house do we needed the asbestos removed prior to that work. They showed up on time and were responsible and thorough. They followed safety protocols as well. I received the air quality report in a week from an independent company. I am so happy we hired ILV! They did an awesome job and I have peace of mind knowing the asbestos is gone. If I had any questions regarding the prep, I sent Lucky a text and heard back quickly. Great communication and punctuality and attention to detail. Our basement was left asbestos free and clean!! I would definitely hire ILV again.”
