I had originally agreed to provide a nearly empty home for cleaning, but had to cancel the first appointment at the last minute when they knocked on my door. When I rescheduled two weeks later, my move was not complete, and the cleaning crew had to work around movers, furniture, and limited space. Unfortunately, I did not provide the working conditions we had originally agreed upon, which made it difficult for the team to perform the cleaning as intended. As a result, some areas were missed. Despite these challenges, the company was professional, understanding, and willing to return to address my concerns. Looking back, I recognize that my lack of coordination contributed significantly to the outcome, and I appreciate their willingness to make things right. Overall, it was a positive experience, particularly considering the challenges my moving situation created.”
