“The initial results were not what I had hoped for, but I also recognize that the circumstances were largely due to issues with my own moving schedule. I had originally agreed to provide a nearly empty home for cleaning, but had to cancel the first appointment at the last minute when they knocked on my door. When I rescheduled two weeks later, my move was not complete, and the cleaning crew had to work around movers, furniture, and limited space. Unfortunately, I did not provide the working conditions we had originally agreed upon, which made it difficult for the team to perform the cleaning as intended. As a result, some areas were missed. Despite these challenges, the company was professional, understanding, and willing to return to address my concerns. Looking back, I recognize that my lack of coordination contributed significantly to the outcome, and I appreciate their willingness to make things right. Overall, it was a positive experience, particularly considering the challenges my moving situation created.”

“Did an awesome job, was done very quickly and we will definitely utilize his services again.”

“In fact, best so far of all the cleaning services we have used in the Pittsburgh area!”

“I felt like we had a quality clean top to bottom, and we signed up for monthly service. They were well worth the money!”
