“A totally satisfied customer with an outstanding remodeled master bathroom!”

“She has an excellent design style... listens to you and your needs... finds the best products and is extremely responsive. I highly recommend her and would work with her again.”

“We interviewed several companies for a full house remodel (new kitchen, new bathrooms, new floors, new stairway, construction, new lights, the full job!)While other companies sent designers who wanted to "tell us what we should get", Itay came himself, and wanted to know what WE wanted. If we weren't quite sure on a certain room, he would make suggestions and show pictures of other jobs. He offered a very reasonable price as well as time estimate, which he hit down to the day. We also used his company's design services and computer models to better picture the best ways to re-do our kitchen and bathroom, which was a huge help. One of the best things about Itay is his communication skills: he was at the house nearly every day, calling me to make sure they do everything the way we wanted (down to things like grout color), which we greatly appreciated. If one of his employees made a mistake, he would make sure they fixed it, so it wouldn't fall onto me (and no nickel and diming!)I highly recommend going with Itay and Top Remodeling if you have a project coming up!(Pictures attached of before and after for kitchen, master bathroom, and stairway)”

“my bathroom. Im grateful for their expertise and willingness to make sure I was please with the results. Not every company knew or was willing to attempt raising the ceiling, or installing rectified edge, instead of straight edge tile, and changing from a single sink to a double, and add outlets, and the lighted anti fog mirror, and all the other whimsical ideas I got from YouTube videos. But they did it all perfectly, and even moved the toilet across the bathroom when requested at the last minute, all professionally and to code. While they were doing the work, I did ask for a few handyman jobs, given that Im a single woman, and they kindly got to them for free or very low price, even installing a new fan to replace a big, unworking one in another bathroom, but the patched ceiling is not noticeable. If you want efficiency, attention to detail, expertise and professionalism, Factor One Building Services is the one to choose!”

“ALS Builders did an incredible job building our tattoo shop from the ground up! From start to finish, their team was professional, detail-oriented, and committed to bringing our vision to life. The craftsmanship is top-notch, and they made sure every aspect of the shop was exactly how we wanted it. They stayed on schedule, communicated well throughout the process, and delivered a final result that exceeded our expectations. If you're looking for reliable builders who take pride in their work, ALS Builders is the way to go. Highly recommend!”
