“He oversaw each part of our tub removal and roll-in shower installation along with enlarging the doorways for wheelchair access. He's attentive and quick to respond to any text or questions. His visits were timely and communicated very well with the workers daily. They showed up on time, respectful, trustworthy, a cleaned up throughout the entire process each day.I highly recommend Modify Remodeling for any job that you want completed perfectly and ask for Steve Gearing if you value communication, honesty, and respect”

“Howard assessed our shower floor, gave us his opinion about how to repair it, with options including photos of similar work they had done at other homes. Once we decided on a plan, his team worked promptly, with skill, attention to detail on the install, including clean up. We are very pleased with the end result as well as the process from start to finish. We would call them again if we need additional tile work.”

“Definitely recommend checking them out if you’re looking for a general contractor!”

“We will call them when we are ready to redo the kitchen and highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality work in their home. The bathroom is beautiful!! Thank you Rebolledo!!”

“We hired Fernando to build a wall for our nursery on which he installed a 200lb sliding door. All of his work was seamless. We then hired him to do repair work in the walls of our bathroom where we had to install ductwork. The work was also seemless.”

“Cesar and his crew were punctual and did a wonderful job removing and installing the ceiling and a wall in my family room. I highly recommend Y & Y Home Improvements and will use them again as I have need. Note I chose to have my son paint so the photos are of the unpainted surfaces.”
