“Whenever I ran water in the kitchen sink, or 2nd level bathroom sink, it would seep out from underneath the basement drywall, and pool up in the middle of the floor. Mr. Dylan Connors, came in, introduced himself, we conversed a bit, which made me feel comfortable with him being in my home, and then he quickly got down to work, assessing, explaining the situation/problem, and the process, as well as keeping me informed along the way. The problem was holes in the cast iron drainage pipe, as seen in pictures #1, and #2. Dylan removed this ancient pipe (which was rather heavy), and replaced it with new piping, as seen in pictures 3-5. Needless to say, I no longer have a leakage problem, thanks to the outstanding, and excellent work performed by T.E Spall & Son, and their factory trained technician ACE, Mr. Dylan Connors. believe me, I would give 10 stars if I could. Again, I'll recommend T.E Spall & Son to my friends, and then tell my friends to recommend to their friends. Thank you soooooo much. Have a blessed day.”

“He was very responsive, incredibly nice, and did a great job installing my shelf. He was also happy to come back and help with a few other small repairs around my home. It’s so nice to find someone who is friendly, reliable, and willing to help. I would definitely recommend him and look forward to working with him again!”

“Neil was very helpful and kind to my rooftop antenna concerns. He went over my expectations and gave me his best advice.”
