“I would highly suggest him for anyone looking to renovate their bathroom.”

“I’m thankful that he is going to continue doing some other home projects for us. I found his bid to be fair and I found him trustworthy, reliable and has excellent skill at tile.”

“We absolutely love our new remodeled bathroom! After we signed the contract with John, Dwellings got right to work on the project. We chose them because we felt that John was honest and upfront with us even though they werent our lowest bid. Kendra sent me a recap every day to let me know what was done that day and what to expect coming up in the next phase. She is quite the organizer for the company. Any concerns we had, she would get them resolved immediately. Brett was the primary construction worker and he did a fantastic job! And there is nobody more friendlier than him! All the subs did great too! All and all, we are very happy with our final project!”

“We love Tad Lacey Construction! Tad is very reassuring to work with, and has great concepts. I didn’t think our kitchen would be able to have a dishwasher, but Tad made it work! He built us custom countertops and updated the backsplash. He helped us achieve results we love, so much in fact that we had his team come back the following summer to do our fence! Tad Lacey Construction can make your handyman dreams a reality, and he’ll have you smiling the whole time!”

“We hired Josh for our bath remodel and were very pleased with how it turned out. He went above and beyond our expectations and was very knowledgeable and easy to work with. Definitely will hire again!”

“Did awesome work and knew exactly what I needed done. Answered me within half a day, even gives you his number and will talk with you about the work that needs done”
