“I called these Rooter Solutions earlier today after one of my clients reported a clogged toilet. I am a Contractor and estate manager and deal with plumbers and service-related companies on a daily basis. Rooter Solutions was exceedingly organized and quick and from initial outreach to being on site was just over an hour and a half. They had multiple touch points with clear and efficient communication. I was not on site and they were servicing a property out in the rural foothills well behind Montecito which can be a bit spotty on service and tricky to navigate on a first visit. Everyone on their team was patient, professional and polite. They resolved the issue quickly and unbelievably cost-effectively. I would absolutely recommend these folks and look forward to doing business with them again.”

“I had an emergency water leak I didn't know where the leak was coming from. these guys were able to locate the leak on the bathroom faucet and give me options for repairs. We will replace the faucet supply lines and angle stops for a good price.”

“Toilet installation was done quickly and also was able to get additional consultation on a sink drainage issue as well”
