“Candice and her staff are incredibly creative and talented. We had a good idea of what we were envisioning for these rooms and they took our suggestions and created two rooms that surpassed our expectations. Youtopia Designs pays attention to every detail which always produces amazing end results. Not only did they design a beautiful room but the execution of the design was implemented with incredible workmanship and professionalism. We have always had a great experience working with Youtopia Designs which is why this is the third time we have hired this company.”

“The Modern Design and Build team walked us through the process of getting an incredible new kitchen. From help with layout, cabinet selection, and even appliances - all the way to the finished product, the team was professional and knowledgeable. Every member of their team impressed us.”

“I'm just starting with this company. They have taken me to see a project they just completed. An entire house rebuild.”

“We highly recommend this company!! Larry was very responsive from the start, arrived on time, diagnosed the problem right away, and completed the job in a timely and professional manner. We're very happy with the quality of his work and will definitely use Myers and Meyers Developments LLC for future plumbing needs.”
