He looked at, said the wax seal went bad, and needed to be replaced. I asked when he could do the repair on the toilet, and his reply was, I can fix that for you right now! I am happy to say about an hour later he was cleaning up, and we no longer had a leaking toilet. Definitely recommend this guy(Joe) and this company”
