“So we are looking to install a whole house water filtration system and were calling around to get some estimates. Joe arrived on time and listened to our concerns, and what we thought we needed. He performed a water test, and explained a few options, but did not want to give too much as far as pricing until he had all the information (water test)needed to make sure we were getting exactly what we needed. I agreed with his decision, and we are waiting till the test comes back. On a side note, just before he arrived, one of our toilets started leaking when being flushed. He looked at, said the wax seal went bad, and needed to be replaced. I asked when he could do the repair on the toilet, and his reply was, I can fix that for you right now! I am happy to say about an hour later he was cleaning up, and we no longer had a leaking toilet. Definitely recommend this guy(Joe) and this company”
