“From the moment I inquired about water heater replacement on a family rental house, Diego responded fast and was very professional! Diego made the process so easy and did such amazing job! We are so impressed and feel so happy that we went with Diego! His confidence, knowledge, and work quality made us feel better about trusting him with this process! He took the time to even double check the heat levels we wanted before leaving. Diego went out of his way for us and we cannot thank him enough for all his work and expertise! We will definitely use Diego again for future projects and recommending him to everyone we know!”

“) to Elijah and Drew who sealed the deal by coming in the rain and replaced our main plumbing line and treated my family and house with the upmost respect and care. Genuinely I see why the reviews are where they are, from top to bottom the process was smooth sailing. You can feel the care behind the staff of this company being family owned - I felt like I was apart of the family throughout the process and I highly encourage everyone to check them out!!”

“Very professional install and clean window”

“They did an amazing job replacing my water heater in my garage. I had accidentally purchased the wrong water heater, and instead of making it my problem, they graciously offered to go back to Home Depot and pick up the correct one for me. That level of customer service was truly appreciated. They were professional, knowledgeable, and completed the installation much sooner than I expected. The entire process was smooth, and they made what could have been a stressful situation completely hassle-free. I highly recommend Walt and Brian from Mr. Rooter Plumbing to anyone looking for reliable, honest, and efficient plumbing service. I wouldn't hesitate to call them again for any future plumbing needs. Thank you for the excellent service!”
