Disgusting, I know!I cannot say enough good things about them! Was it cheap? No, was it worth it? ABSOLUTELY!!! In just 2 days my dishes are cleaner, my white sinks arent turning brown anymore. My toilet bowl looks white instead of brown, there is Absolutely no disgusting rotten egg smell in my water!I cannot stress to you enough to use a local person like KAPPUS PUMPS because they know this area like NO ONE else!The Kappus family has lived here and serviced this area for many decades!They try to help you, not get rich off of you. They never once tried to upsell me like Go Green and Culligan and so many other companies in the past!And they never tried to nickel and dime me.Jess is the plumber who installed all my equipment, she worked her tail off! Kappus doesnt try to sell you a bunch of fancy equipment that you dont need, they just want to give you what you need for the safest drinking water, and they go above and beyond to do it, and that meant a lot to me!I dealt with Paul who knows this business like the back of his hand and is a very thorough and kind person. Paul just gets you what you need without all the upsell, and I really appreciate him a lot! He knew exactly what I was dealing with, and most importantly how to fix it!I dealt with Jess who installed all my equipment and I cannot say enough good things about her. She knows more in her pinky than most people learn in a lifetime. I was truly impressed by her! She even called me an hour after she left to make sure everything was OK! In this day and age who does that? They really care! Paul and Jess both said if I ever run into any problems dont hesitate to call.
