“What I initially thought would be a simple shower fix turned out to be a much more complicated situation, but Jake was incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and thorough throughout the entire process. He took the time to explain exactly what was going on, why it wasn’t a straightforward fix, and what my options were. I really appreciated how detailed and patient he was in walking me through everything rather than just rushing through the appointment. His expertise was immediately apparent, and he was also extremely respectful of my home, keeping everything clean and tidy. Unfortunately, the work ended up being outside my budget, so I wasn’t able to move forward. However, if it had been within my budget, I would have absolutely trusted Jake and his team to get the job done. It’s not often that you walk away from an appointment without having the work completed and still feel compelled to leave a five-star review, but that’s how impressed I was! I highly recommend Jake to anyone looking for someone who is knowledgeable, honest, thorough, and genuinely takes pride in their work!”

“He tackled installing a garbage disposal quickly. Then when he went to tackle a small issue in the upstairs shower, we were unable to turn off the water. I appreciated his conservative assessment leading me to a plumber. I will use Vitalii many more times in the future!”
