A.p. Gerspach says, “I called late at night last night after realizing my sump pump was not working correctly that had just been installed, and there was flooding in the bathroom and the adjacent workshop. Even though it was after hours, the situation was handled with professionalism and care right from the initial contact. Allied Plumbing came out first thing this morning and addressed the issue promptly. They took the time to assess what was going on, explained the problem clearly, and went straight to work. The team identified that tampons had been flushed from the upstairs tenants and were clogging the sump pump, which was causing the backup. They removed the blockage efficiently and made sure everything was functioning properly before leaving. What really stood out to me was how responsive and dependable they were during a stressful situation. Plumbing emergencies are never convenient, and having a company show up quickly, communicate clearly, and resolve the problem without delay makes a huge difference. The technicians were knowledgeable, respectful of the space, and focused on getting things fixed the right way. Overall, I’m very pleased with how Allied Plumbing handled this situation and appreciate how quickly and professionally they took care of the problem.”
