“I contacted his company, Expedition Refinishing, to reglaze a bathtub. When Abraham arrived and inspected my bathtub he felt that the bathtub really didn’t need reglaze and stated reglazing wouldn’t add anything to the tub’s appearance or function. He didn’t charge me anything for the paint he purchased nor for his trip to my home. Abraham’s honesty, professionalism and great customer care far outweighed anything I could have said about his work quality had he actually reglazed the tub. In today’s contractor service environment Expedition Refinishing ranks at the top of a dying breed of pro customer oriented businesses.”

“My tub looks brand new! The work is high quality and the business owner was punctual, professional, and had excellent rates. I would definitely recommend contacting him.”

“Excellent service, quick response, and most importantly, a knowledgeable plumber! I am super happy with the service I received from Mr. Rooter through the Thumbtack app. I had a clogged tub drain in an old building built before codes were a thing. Not only did I not unclog the drain with my own efforts, I lost the end of the snake that I rented from Home Depot. Mr. Rooter communicated with me every step of the way and once Richard arrived, he did an amazing job of explaining everything as he went along. He was super knowledgeable and had all of the right tools to get the job done in about an hour. Richard was even able to retieve the failed screw and snake attachment that I originally lost in the drain. He was very transparent about pricing and gave me best and worse scenarios and pricing. I knew everything to expect. But since he was knowledgeable and careful, he was able to resolve my issue on the first attempt. He cleared the drain with his snake and he cleaned up after himself when he was done. To be honest, he didn't really make a mess to begin with. He charged my credit card and was on his way within about an hour. He was able to finish up in 60 mins in what took me 3 days of trying. And I consider myself an pretty good DIY'er. Something rang true with me though that my Dad used to tell me when I was a kid... "70% of every job is having the right tool, and 30% is elbow grease." Mr. Rooter had all of the tools and the knowledge and experience to get my job done!”

“Oscar was a total professional when it came to refinishing our tub/shower. It was a big job, trying to fix the previous homeowner's DIY job. The entire job was done in one day, everything was cleaned up when he finished and the tub/shower look better than new. I would highly recommend this company and Oscar to anyone.”
