“They did a good job replacing the old ceiling fan and installing the new one. They were neat, efficient and worked quickly.”

“I genuinely cannot say enough good things about Garrett and his team at Diamond State Home Services. We’ve been working through the build-out of an apartment, and as anyone who has taken on a renovation project knows, things rarely go exactly according to plan. We ran into several unexpected issues along the way, and this is where Garrett and his team really separated themselves from everyone else I’ve worked with. Garrett has an incredible ability to think outside the box. When a problem came up, his first response was never simply to suggest the easiest or most expensive solution. He would take the time to look at the situation properly, explain the different options, and find a practical, cost-effective solution while still maintaining an exceptional standard of quality. One of the things I have appreciated most throughout the entire project has been the communication. Garrett has kept me updated constantly. I’ve never been left wondering what was happening, what the next step was, or why something was being done a certain way. He has taken the time to explain every single detail of the project to me — sometimes things most contractors probably wouldn’t even think to mention. He explains the problem, the solution, the reasoning behind it, the costs involved, and what the finished result should look like. That level of transparency gives you a tremendous amount of confidence, especially when dealing with a complicated renovation. The attention to detail has also been exceptional. It’s obvious that Garrett and his team take pride in their work. They don’t just look at how to get a job finished — they look at how to get it finished properly. The workmanship, professionalism, problem-solving, communication, and overall quality have exceeded my expectations. What has impressed me most is that I genuinely feel like Garrett looks at the project as if it were his own property. He considers the long-term solution, the cost, the quality, and what makes the most sense rather than simply trying to get through the next job. Finding a contractor you can trust is difficult. Finding one who communicates constantly, explains everything, thinks creatively when problems arise, pays attention to the smallest details, looks for ways to save you money without sacrificing quality, and genuinely cares about the finished product is even harder. That has been my experience with Diamond State Home Services. If you’re looking for the best in the business, look no further than Garrett and his team. I would recommend Diamond State Home Services without hesitation, and they will absolutely be the first people I call for future projects.”

“Sam was a great professional. Got all of our problems solved. Would definitely use again!”

“I ran a salon that was a boutique. I had a layout in mind. He built it (stunning) and he also maintained all the electric & plumbing! All the shampoo bowls, pedicure chairs ect. I increased my portfolio in business and added Airbnbs. Which he built in spaces other contractors denied or said wasn't possible. Not only was IT POSSIBLE, they are running 5 star hosting 6years & counting!! He strives to find more affordable ways to build and continues to work with the customer on upgrades to add equity. You'll never look back when you realize not all jobs are created equal. You need someone who can work anywhere or on anything. I can't thank him enough! Only to say give him a call.”
