“I contacted Todd to install baseboards and trim in two rooms. He was very responsive, professional and extremely fair with his prices. I’ve really had a challenging time finding any handyman or Contractor who doesn’t have outrageous pricing, respond in a timely manner and seem to know what they’re doing. Todd checked all the boxes and he finished the job in the time he promised. I will have him back to do a few other projects. I highly recommend him.”

“This was the best experience I have ever had with a contractor! The fence is beautiful! I could not be more satisfied.”

“My wife and I were looking to redo our flooring in our home, we evaluated many different contractors and not solely focusing on the lowest bid possible. We went with IV Construction based on the attention to detail and intuitive estimating experience they showed. They showed up and gave us a quality result. We definitely plan on having them back when we remodel our basement.”
