Marissa Szody says, “We had carpets cleaned and had him back for tile and grout. Professional, punctual and quality work. Non-pushy sales approach, honest, and expert in his craft, he gave me info on air duct cleaning and commercial cleaning services as well. We'll have Greeny's back for sure!”
Shaila Gupta says, “Joe Johnson at Voda Cleaning & Restoration was an absolute lifesaver.I had a nightmare situation at a rental property when a contractor accidentally left a dishwasher water line open, flooding my entire main level and leaking into the basement. To make matters worse, the flooring that was damaged had been installed less than 12 hours earlier. After months of renovations, countless hours of work, and significant investment, I was devastated and extremely stressed.Joe was the first person I called. He dropped what he was doing on another project and arrived at my property within about 35 minutes. He immediately brought in dehumidifiers and fans, took moisture readings, explained exactly what was happening, and most importantly, helped me stay calm during a very stressful situation. What impressed me most was that Joe didn't just supervisehe rolled up his sleeves and helped remove the newly installed flooring so the subfloor could be properly dried. He stayed in constant contact over the next two days, answering every call and text and guiding me through the entire process.Because of Joe's expertise and quick action, we were able to save the project, avoid what could have easily become $10,000-$15,000 in additional damage, and get the home back on track within 48 hours.Joe is incredibly knowledgeable, professional, honest, and genuinely cares about his clients. He educates rather than sells, never oversells services, and treats people the way you'd hope a trusted friend would during a crisis. If you need water restoration, mold remediation, smoke restoration, or emergency mitigation services in the Twin Cities, I highly recommend Joe Johnson and Voda & Cleaning Restoration. They are responsive, experienced, fair, and truly exceptional at what they do.”
