“Alex did an incredible job repairing our carpet! He was punctual, professional, and very easy to communicate with. The patch on our stairs looks completely seamless—you can’t even tell it was damaged before. Highly recommend his services to anyone looking for quality repair work!”

“I have been searching for over a year to find someone to repair my carpet. I went on next-door neighbor app last night and sourced out AURA dried carpet repair and cleaning. Best decision I ever made within minutes I was contacted and carpet is 100% repaired as of today less than 24 hours later very very responsive. Matt is very professional. I cannot see where the carpet was damaged. He did such a fantastic job. I’ve already booked him for carpet cleaning in January and hands-down would recommend his company. Thank you Matt for making everything so wonderful we appreciate you.”

“I got an estimate for floor plank repairs/replacement right away with the work being completed the next day! I’m so thankful! They did an outstanding job! The floor looks great!”

“Our engineered hardwood floor was repaired and looks great. We also had Paul and Stacey give us a quote to replace the carpeting in our house and will use them to do this sometime in the future.”

“Its a huge upgrade from the dirty 70s shag carpet and I finally feel like Im at home. Thanks again!”
