“Working with Aiden was a blessing. Not only was he professional, his work showed how much he actually cares about creating delicious and beautiful dishes. The food that I've had made by him has never disappointed. He listens to your preferences. I prefer steak cooked differently than my family and he made sure he knew how everyone liked their steak (medium rare, rare, ect). He is very creative. All I had to do was inform him of the type of sides (like vegetables or a carb) that my family and I like, and he was able to cook them if a way we haven't had before. Flavors I didn't know even existed were brought out by the seasoning and sauces that paired perfectly with the sides and main portion of the meals. He puts a lot of hard work into everything he creates, all the way from the prep to the presentation (plating) of the meal itself.
