“Boss taste catering co met and exceeded my expectations. I asked for an elevated brunch experience and it was that and more. He completely prepared the meal at my home then presented the meal in appetizing manner. We ate in the formal dining room with real dishes. The creole inspired dishes were seasoned to perfection. (Shrimp and grits as well as shrimp and sausage jambalaya 🤩) Afterwards, he and his sous chef picked up the dishes stored the remaining food and completely cleaned everything. I will definitely use him again and highly recommend his services.”

“We ordered the fried catfish, mac and cheese, and green beans for a catered event. All of my guests raved about the food. All of the food was fresh, the seasonings were perfect and we will be repeating our business with them.”

“We booked Flora & Fauna for a small dinner with close friends, nothing huge, but it ended up feeling really special. Chef William was calm, kind, and so focused—you could tell he cared. The food wasn’t just tasty, it felt thoughtful. Like every dish had a story. My partner kept going on about the mushroom broth for days (still does). And I swear I’ve never seen our kitchen that clean. Just... solid, lovely people doing something they’re clearly proud of.”

“Bamboo Hibachi exceeded all our expectations! The food was absolutely delicious, fresh, and perfectly cooked right in front of us. The chef was highly energetic, professional, and kept everyone entertained throughout the event. All of our guests were super impressed. Highly recommend them for any event or gathering!”
