Even with only a week notice he assured me that he can handle the wedding. Just want to point out my wedding was roughly 600 guest. We stuck to a simple menu with individual salads , pasta dishes and individual entrees. Food came out in a timely manner and guest just loved the presentation and the taste. Presentation was key! It’s hard to please everyone but I assure you guest loved every bite.”
