Long story short I had removed the dishwasher sometime ago and I had the porcelain tile put throughout the house, including into that space because I was gonna use a smaller beverage refrigerator. Now that I’m getting ready to move, I need to reinstall the dishwasher. I was told by one man that I had to have the tile removed and that was something he didn’t do. I was getting ridiculous quotes the space was 4 x 4 foot and I was getting quotes all the way up to $400 to remove that tile so the dishwasher would go back in. George came out he measured he verified that he couldn’t. The dishwasher wouldn’t fit. I turned it over on its side the legs were down as small as they would go however, there were two plastic pieces he managed to cut both of those down, made sure that they were even installed the dishwasher and it worked like a charm. I was so impressed by the creativity in the speed and also the pricing that even though they had another job, I was able to get them to do miscellaneous small tasks that I needed done. I’m going to have them come back out and repair some of the stucco on the cylinder wall the block cylinder wall so that I don’t have any problems with the HOA. Anyways, I was thrilled so much so I walked them over to my neighbors. She needs some work done with the door frame and they’re gonna get back with her on when and how much that will cost.”
