“JUNK REMOVAL SERVICE! We were in a last-minute jam and needed to remove our mother’s belongings after she passed away. During an already difficult and emotional time, we encountered several companies that gave us bait-and-switch quotes, while others scheduled us and simply never showed up. Then we connected with Rico, and what a difference! Rico was able to accommodate us with less than a day’s notice and provided a very fair, honest quote. He kept us updated throughout the day when he ran into traffic, so we were never left wondering what was going on. Even though it was getting late, he still followed through and showed up as promised. The two-person team was quick, efficient, professional, and genuinely nice. They made a stressful situation so much easier and took a huge weight off our shoulders when we already had so much to deal with. Rico, thank you so much to you both! We are incredibly grateful for your reliability, kindness, and willingness to help us out when we really needed it. We would highly recommend Rico’s “GET-IT-GONE!” JUNK REMOVAL SERVICE to anyone looking for fair pricing, great communication, and people who actually show up and get the job done. We will absolutely be reaching out again whenever we need junk removal services in the future! Thank you again, guys. We truly appreciate you! ❤️”
