“I am 65 and almost never write reviews. I used to work at Best Buy so the "Geek Squad" was all that I knew. Having to make an appointment, speak to a "clerk" about my issues (not the technician) and have my computer back in days is definitly "old school". I found Tanner on "Thumtack". Within seconds we were texting. Within minutes I had my "Chrome" browser back with virus protection to boot. (I literally did not leave my seat from start to finish). If you have software issues, get with the program and call Tanner.”

“Worked with our schedule to accommodate us”

“Colton was great to work with!! He quickly responded to my request for help and ask very pertinent and professional questions about my need and explaining what he could do before offering a very good quote! He was very punctual with his arrival and immediately went to work setting up a new PC laptop and resetting a new PC laptop bypassing the sign-in (at my request)“preferred” by Microsoft on a HP laptop. After setting up the laptops he tested them by downloading software as requested and tested printer connection to insure the capability! Colton’s very knowledgeable and easy to work with!! I highly recommend him!!”

“I met Boris, the owner of Infotek, when during tax season, our computer server stopped working. Boris was recommended to me. Boris came within the hour that I reached out to him. He was very reassuring and he fixed the issue and when I asked him to email me an invoice he said that this was no big deal and gave me his contact information. That was 30 years ago. Infotek has been our IT department ever since. They have ALWAYS been available whether to fix a issue or design an entirely new system. They are an outstanding company and they understand that, as we do, it's all about the people in the company that make it a success.”

“Great service. Stayed with my computer until it was repaired and I am very with the service. I am from woodbine, Iowa. It was well worth the trip to Heartland Computer. My computer was not running at all. It was taking more than 10 minutes to boot to window desktop, now it is lighting fast. Now my laptop is booting to window desktop in less than 30 second.”
