“Chef + SANs Kitchen + Catering, were STELLAR! We had a 50-person dinner party in our home that they executed flawlessly! Chef brought four servers to ensure our guests had everything they needed. They cooked everything in our home and it smelled so amazing - the food was top-tier, as requested. The menu they put together just WOWED us! We asked for an elegant, but approachable Spring Menu and she and her team just created the most beautiful spread of ideas that we ADORED. All we did was make one slight change (adding chicken to a delicious pasta dish,) and moved forward with every other item as-is.The hostess was so grateful she got to enjoy her party and guests, they cleaned up every dish and cutlery item so we woke up this morning like no huge party ever happened. Absolutely impressed with their hard working efforts, beautiful execution, and freshest of ingredients, not to mention their outstanding culinary-creativity! Just WOW. Thank you SO much for making our event a success! We look forward to working with you again in the future! HT”

“Nicole communicated very well, was very professional and came very prepared; brought everything we needed including the ingredients. We had a great time!”

“My partner and I had a wonderful experience cooking with chef Sarah at our home. The food was amazing (we made a few Spanish dishes) but more importantly we learned a lot of techniques that will absolutely up-level our own cooking game. Would highly recommend hiring her!”

“Working with Aiden was a blessing. Not only was he professional, his work showed how much he actually cares about creating delicious and beautiful dishes. The food that I've had made by him has never disappointed. He listens to your preferences. I prefer steak cooked differently than my family and he made sure he knew how everyone liked their steak (medium rare, rare, ect). He is very creative. All I had to do was inform him of the type of sides (like vegetables or a carb) that my family and I like, and he was able to cook them if a way we haven't had before. Flavors I didn't know even existed were brought out by the seasoning and sauces that paired perfectly with the sides and main portion of the meals. He puts a lot of hard work into everything he creates, all the way from the prep to the presentation (plating) of the meal itself. Not only is the food delicious and mouth watering by smell, it's amazing to look at.”
