From the very beginning, Chef Asia was responsive, kind, and incredibly organized. She took the time to thoughtfully create a menu that accommodated everyone in our group—from my vegan sisters to my pescatarian father and other family members with dietary restrictions. That level of care and attention truly stood out. Even though we didn’t get the chance to enjoy her cooking this time, the overall experience was still outstanding. She handled everything with grace and understanding, and even went the extra mile to recommend another chef so we wouldn’t be left without options for dinner.
