“Revolve Estate consulted on our basement renovation and we could not have been more happy with how it turned out!”

“What started as a simple renovation turned into a full transformation with plenty of unexpected challenges—Lev added a brand-new full bathroom, a custom bar, a welcoming entrance area, laundry room, and a cozy family room in our basement space. Because our home is older, it came with its own unique challenges—unlevel areas, unexpected issues behind the walls, and even water intrusion. Lev didn’t just power through the obstacles; he problem-solved with complete professionalism, recommending specialized contractors to waterproof our basement before continuing so the job was done the right way, not the fast way. What truly sets Lev apart is his honesty, transparency, and commitment to staying within budget. He kept us updated every single step of the way and made decisions as if it were his own home. He even put in extra labor at his own expense when needed—including working an all-nighter one time just to keep the project moving forward and ensure we stayed on track. We were honestly nervous about hiring a contractor after hearing so many horror stories from others. But Lev and his team proved to be everything we hoped for and more—trustworthy, reliable, hardworking, and true to their word. They get the job done and get it done well. If you’re looking for a contractor you can count on—and one who will treat your project with integrity and care—Lev and Koni Construction are the team you want. Highly, highly recommend!”

“Called on a sunday around 1 pm when i found my garage door stuck. every other place was going to have me wait until tuesday to have anyone come out. zack told me it might be late but ended up having tony come out at by 4:20. my spring had broken and i knew this wasnt something we wanted to do on our own. tony was in and out within an hour and a super friendly tech to have at my house. he also made sure our springs replaced our tiny better bolts and plates which i super appreciated. really great experience for unfortunate home owner needs. ill always recommend them and use them in the future!”

“We just finished our custom kitchen project and I have to say, working with Roband his team at Kitchen Tune-Up East was an amazing experience. From day one, they were on time, professional, and genuinely great to have in our home. Every single day they showed up when they said they would, and their expertise really showed in how smoothly the project moved along. The kitchen turned out beautifully, even better than we even pictured. The quality and detail in the work really stand out, and you can tell they take a lot of pride in what they do.If youre looking for someone reliable who delivers exactly what they promise, Rob and his team are the ones to call. Highly recommend!”
