“Her choreography is fun and she does a great job of breaking it down. You leave class feeling like you just left a great party.”

“I would also highly recommend him to any friend or colleague looking for a quality experience that leaves you with a smile and growth in your craft.”

“Olivia converted me from hating yoga to loving it. I got roped into it at first because Olivia generously volunteers her time and expertise to provide yoga classes at the nonprofit where I work, to bring wellness and relaxation to staff and clients while they are working hard to overcome homelessness and rebuild their lives. As someone who is pretty new to yoga and had bad experiences at classes in the past, I was super nervous about not knowing what to do or looking silly not being able to keep up. I got over that feeling super quickly because Olivia really took the time to make everyone feel super comfortable, regardless of fitness level. She gave great instructions and encouragement so it actually ended up being fun! In just a few classes with her I can already feel myself getting stronger and my balance improving. I didn’t think it was possible, but somehow Olivia’s guidance and energy make it possible for me to push myself hard but also relax my mind at the same time. 10/10 would recommend.”
