Took the time to explain to me about door springs, expected door spring life (and date of manufacture), and also the differences in different garage door opener brands. Mike took a few extra minutes and re-programmed our openers for us, and showed me how to do it "just in case" they come "un-linked" in the future. While we didn't need any repairs just yet, he patiently explained his company philosophy and their desire to be a trusted, valued partner for the long term - something sorely lacking in today's world.
