“David and his office were very helpful and some of the nicest people I’ve worked with in the contractor industry. He promptly sent his technician to replace my garage door and opener system and gave a great deal and warranty terms. His technician forgot to patch the holes he drilled so David ensured that they came back to take care of these repairs promptly. Appreciate their professionalism and look forward to reaching out again if I have any needs in the future related to my garage.”

“He helped me navigate the complexities of building two garage-to-ADU conversions, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. Here is why I highly recommend him: Punctuality: Jake is incredibly reliable. He stayed on top of the schedule and made sure the projects moved forward without unnecessary delays. Quality: The craftsmanship is top-tier. Converting a garage requires a keen eye for detail to make it feel like a cohesive living space, and Jake delivered a high-end finish on both units. Value: He provides exceptional work at a very fair price point. It’s rare to find someone who balances high-quality construction with such a strong sense of value. If you are looking for a professional who is honest, skilled, and respects your time, Jake is your guy.”

“He genuinely listens to designers and clients, asks the right questions, and takes the time to understand the vision before building it. He's organized, efficient, and communicates clearly, keeping projects on track without ever cutting corners. He holds every detail to a high standard, and working with him was always a pleasure. Highly recommend JCA APEX!”
