“We own several rental properties in Destin and have worked with numerous contractors over the years. ProTeriors recently replaced a tankless water heater in one of our units, and they were exceptional from start to finish. Their communication was outstanding, they showed up exactly when promised, and completed the installation professionally. They even followed up afterward to ensure everything was functioning correctly. This is the type of service every property owner hopes to find.”

“Silverlake Construction handled the demolition of an old house so we could begin construction of a new one. We really didn't know where to turn for something like this and we were lucky to come across Landon and his team. The county we live in is notorious for giving people a hard time with permits but Landon was able to secure the permits quickly. And the work they did was amazing! The team kept in constant contact with us and completed the demolition quickly and efficiently. Our family is beyond blessed and love living in our new home built by hands of hard workers. I really don't have any complaints so I would definitely recommend Silverlake Construction to anyone looking for good quality, affordable service and who handle perfectionism to a T. Thank you again for everything!”

“They took care of all maintenance needs on multiple buildings of ours including short term rentals and long term. The owner is responsive and professional and has the knowledge to complete any project we had for them. We will continue to use there services and would highly recommend them.”
