In 2 and a half weeks he had open the wall, tore out black mold flooring (about 3 x 5 feet) replaced pipes and closed up walls and painted. It was fantastic, with attention to detail. There are not enough words with how wonderful Mike put the kitchen and upstairs bathroom back together with PVC piping running all the way to the basement floor. I will hire again if needed.
