“Just waiting for end caps on railing installed on front porch.”

“He understood exactly what we needed and built a beautiful, strong new porch for us. He also understood the challenges of working on a 140 year old house and was able to seamlessly fix the bottoms of a couple of rotted columns that couldn’t be replaced. We are hoping to have him work on another project for us next spring.”

“★★★★★ I couldn’t be happier with the work Floor and Bath Remodeling did on my fireplace! From start to finish, the team was professional, courteous, and paid close attention to the details. The finished fireplace looks absolutely amazing and completely transformed the look of the room. They did an excellent job with the installation, kept everything clean, and made sure the finished product looked exactly right. You can tell they take pride in their work and care about customer satisfaction. If you’re looking for a remodeling company that delivers quality work and a great experience, I highly recommend Floor and Bath Remodeling. 5 stars all the way!”

“Great experience from start to finish! John was so easy to work with and listened to everything I wanted. He and his team exceeded our expectations and our new deck is beautiful!”

“If you’re looking for a carpenter, look no further! My wife and I hired Northshore Building to renovate our new house, and they were simply amazing! From the get-go, they were professional, always on time, super communicative, and their attention to detail was unreal. They listened to what I wanted, offered smart suggestions, and really seemed to care about the project, no matter how small. These carpenters were total pros. Clean cuts, tight joints, and they even cleaned up after themselves every day. It was clear they took pride in their work. No matter what project I asked them to tackle, by the time they were done, it was perfect – exactly how we envisioned it, and then some. Seriously leveled up our new home. The whole experience was smooth, stress-free, and the quality was top-notch. I'd recommend these guys to anyone. It's rare to find a contractor who actually cares about their craft, but these guys nailed it.”

“Active Building Solutions llc did an incredible job on my vinyl siding repair. The house across the street had an enormous fire that burned the house down to the ground and melted most of the siding on the front of our house. They responded very quickly to my request on thumbtack. After sending them pictures of the damage I received a great quote for the job! Jake came out an gave us an estimate that was even lower than what he quoted originally. They were punctual, professional, courteous, and did an awesome job repairing the siding on the entire front of the house. Their work quality was so great that, we now want them to do the garage, and the neighbors across the street want to use him as well. I would definitely use Active Building Solutions llc again. If you want great work at a great price, "make them your first choice."”
