“Jesse and his team did a full remodel of my garage. The whole process was seamless from beginning to end. The were reliable, flexible, proficient, respectful and made it a priority to get the job done. They approached the job as if they were working in their own home. They did not cut any corners and made sure I was happy before closing out the job. The crew was very professional and cleaned up after themselves each day. Would hire again for any project. 5 stars”

“I had a pergola in need of pressure washing, sanding, staining, and a roof installation. Adam, Danielle, and the team did an outstanding job! We couldn't be happier with the results. I highly recommend Granite State Renovators LLC and will be using them again on future projects.”

“Ralph built a small deck for the side of my house, and also mounted two storm doors for me. The deck is very sturdy---it was built to last for years---and looks great too. He did a terrific job framing the doors. My house looks so much better now. Ralph was very knowledgeable and easy to work with. He readily answered any questions or concerns I had. He showed up when he was supposed to. I would highly recommend A Step-Above Contracting.”

“We recently had our porch and deck completely redone by Goveias Construction, and I can’t recommend them highly enough. From the very first walkthrough, Junior was on time, professional, and maintained excellent communication throughout the entire project. The crew showed up every day—on time—even in 90° heat, and their work ethic was outstanding. They went above and beyond expectations, not only rebuilding the porch and deck beautifully but also re-leveling a sinking second-floor bedroom, fixing and painting the resulting wall cracks, and even re-leveling the windows. The price was very fair, and the quality of work exceeded what we were expecting. It’s rare these days to find contractors who combine skill, reliability, and integrity at this level. If you’re looking for someone who delivers on their word and takes pride in their work, look no further than Goveias Construction. Thank you, Junior, for making this such a smooth and positive experience!”

“We recently had our bwyhroom done and couldn’t be happier with the results. Mike and his crew did a fantastic job from start to finish. The quality of the work really shows that they take pride in what they do. Everything was done carefully and professionally. They were also very clean and respectful of our home, making sure the work area stayed tidy throughout the project. On top of that, their pricing was very reasonable for the quality of work they delivered. If you’re looking for someone reliable who does excellent work and pays attention to detail, I would definitely recommend them!”

“Andre' did an amazing job with our kitchen cabinet and sliders replacement. He was reliable, quick and did a great job. He was reasonably priced as well.”
